Description

  • Build and operationalize production-ready AI and machine learning solutions aligned with customer objectives and enterprise environments.
  • Translate architectures and business requirements into maintainable, tested code, data pipelines, model pipelines, and AI application deliverables.
  • Implement predictive ML, generative AI, LLM, agentic workflow, and intelligent automation patterns with evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, applications, APIs, and workflows while ensuring reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop reusable accelerators, reference implementations, engineering standards, and technical playbooks.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, data engineers, platform engineers, project stakeholders, and clients.
  • Contribute to delivery excellence across multiple enterprise client engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field, including 3+ years operating AI/ML solutions in production.
  • Strong Python programming skills for production AI, ML, and data pipelines.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data.
  • Experience with cloud, data, and AI platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, dbt, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
  • Understanding of production AI/ML concerns including evaluation, observability, security, governance, scalability, performance, and operations.
  • Experience developing production software, APIs, services, data pipelines, or AI applications for enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with agentic AI systems, enterprise RAG, semantic retrieval, or intelligent workflow automation preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex, LangChain, or LlamaIndex preferred.
  • Experience with model registries, feature stores, lineage, monitoring, drift detection, AI evaluations, prompt management, AI gateways, CI/CD, reusable accelerators, or open-source contributions preferred.
