Description

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of distributed, cloud-native systems, from AWS CDK infrastructure-as-code through production operations.
  • Create Architecture Decision Records and establish durable engineering standards.
  • Translate ambiguous business requirements into scoped, shippable technical plans.
  • Drive alignment across product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and design critiques to raise technical quality.
  • Mentor engineers and support their professional growth.
  • Lead the design, build, and deployment of reliable, scalable production software solutions.

Requirements

  • C1-level or higher English proficiency.
  • Professional, non-internship software development experience.
  • Extensive JavaScript/TypeScript programming experience.
  • Experience designing and architecting systems for reliability, scaling, and maintainability.
  • Experience developing cloud-native applications with AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SQS, SNS, and ECS.
  • Ability to make AWS architecture decisions involving cost, performance, and scalability.
  • Experience with or strong interest in generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
  • Experience as a mentor, technical lead, or engineering team lead.
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, Terraform or AWS CDK experience, AI tooling experience, and familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel are preferred.
