Description

  • Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals, technical requirements, and solution constraints.
  • Translate client challenges into scalable, production-ready Data & AI architectures.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout client engagements.
  • Recommend architecture, tooling, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs.
  • Create architecture diagrams, design documentation, implementation plans, and technical standards.
  • Lead and own delivery of enterprise Data & AI solutions from architecture through production deployment.
  • Guide engineering teams through implementation, identify technical risks, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Use AI across the software delivery lifecycle to improve design, productivity, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Advise clients on practical AI adoption and outcomes.
  • Mentor engineers through architectural guidance, technical coaching, design reviews, hiring, onboarding, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions into production in cloud environments.
  • Experience using AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle to improve solution design, productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong consulting experience leading technical discovery, solution architecture, and client-facing engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Java and/or Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and monitoring.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Industry certifications across Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, and/or Databricks (preferred).
  • Contributions to technical communities through speaking, writing, open source, or internal enablement (preferred).
