Description

  • Lead discovery sessions to define business objectives, technical requirements, constraints, and scalable Data and AI architectures.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout client engagements.
  • Recommend architectures, tools, implementation approaches, and technical trade-offs.
  • Create architecture diagrams, design documentation, implementation plans, and technical standards.
  • Own delivery of enterprise Data and AI solutions from architecture through production deployment.
  • Guide engineering teams, identify technical risks, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Apply AI across solution design, engineering, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and delivery.
  • Advise clients on practical AI adoption and modern engineering practices.
  • Mentor engineers through technical coaching, design reviews, hiring, onboarding, and enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise Data and AI solutions into production in cloud environments.
  • Experience using modern AI technologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong consulting experience leading technical discovery, solution architecture, and client engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, Java and/or Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and monitoring.
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Industry certifications in Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Anthropic, or Databricks preferred.
  • Technical community contributions through speaking, writing, open source, or internal enablement preferred.
