Description

  • Own end-to-end solution design and delivery of AI/ML and data solutions for strategic client accounts.
  • Translate business and data science requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient AI/ML architectures.
  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture reviews to align stakeholders on roadmaps and deployment approaches.
  • Ensure solution quality, reliability, observability, testing, documentation, monitoring, and governance.
  • Support model deployment, retraining, monitoring, and production operations.
  • Contribute reusable architectures, accelerators, templates, and playbooks.
  • Mentor team members and collaborate with Sales and account leadership to grow engagements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or a similar modern programming language for production-grade data and ML solutions.
  • Experience designing and integrating APIs and services that expose ML models.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex distributed queries.
  • Hands-on experience with big data and analytics platforms such as Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Amazon EMR, or HDFS.
  • Familiarity with data source systems such as JMS, Kafka, RDBMS, data warehouses, MySQL, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Systems-level knowledge of network and cloud architecture, Linux-based operating systems, and storage/compute platforms such as AWS, Databricks, or Cloudera.
  • End-to-end software development lifecycle experience, including design, documentation, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud and data ecosystem technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Preferred: Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as H2O, TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn.
  • Preferred: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps tools such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or MLflow.
  • Preferred: Background in consulting or professional services, including pre-sales, project scoping, and strategic advisory work.
  • Preferred: Contributions to technical communities, open source, public speaking, writing, or other thought leadership activities.
