Description

  • Serve as the executive-level technical leader and primary advisor for strategic customer accounts.
  • Act as a CTO-like partner by guiding technology decisions, roadmaps, architecture, and platform maturity.
  • Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and drive consensus on solutions.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, Innovation Days, roadmap presentations, and architectural vision sessions.
  • Provide clear recommendations, success criteria, and measurement frameworks for customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to create and execute account growth strategies.
  • Lead scoping, pricing, and proposal development for new service opportunities.
  • Own delivery success and customer satisfaction across all projects within assigned accounts.
  • Provide architectural oversight, escalation management, and cross-team alignment.
  • Mentor consultants and engineers while supporting delivery-team enablement, onboarding, and cross-training.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience delivering complex data or AI/ML platforms in production environments.
  • 3+ years in a consulting leadership role with direct client ownership and revenue accountability.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as modern data stacks and MLOps tools.
  • Strong architectural and implementation skills in Python, SQL, dbt, and modern infrastructure tooling.
  • Proven success growing enterprise accounts and building executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong presence and clarity under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, QBRs, and key events when needed.
  • Advanced degree in a technical, data, or business-related discipline preferred.
  • Experience leading delivery within a scaled services or consulting firm preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud-native AI/ML tools preferred.
