Description

  • Own account strategy, delivery, and growth for a portfolio of strategic Financial Services accounts.
  • Serve as the senior account leader responsible for client satisfaction, revenue growth, delivery quality, profitability, and executive relationship management.
  • Translate client business objectives and AI and data priorities into strategic programs across data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI.
  • Help clients address priorities such as regulatory reporting, risk management, fraud detection, customer intelligence, operational efficiency, and AI enablement.
  • Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value while maintaining approximately 40% utilization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and help shape roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, Product, and Partner teams to support account health and project success.
  • Lead executive meetings, workshops, QBRs, and roadmap discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Partner with ecosystem providers such as Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks to design joint account strategies.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to internal playbooks, account planning frameworks, sales enablement materials, and delivery standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or a similar client-facing environment.
  • Experience owning strategic account portfolios and revenue targets in the $5M-$15M+ range.
  • Significant experience leading and growing relationships within Financial Services accounts.
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs and account portfolios in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep domain expertise in Financial Services, including banking, capital markets, payments, insurance, wealth and asset management, or fintech.
  • Ability to connect Financial Services business pain points to AI and data services and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with data engineering, analytics, and ML teams to design and oversee modern data solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data, governance, compliance, risk, and security considerations in Financial Services environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including executive-level stakeholder influence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and work across time zones in a distributed global team.
  • Experience working with enterprise Financial Services clients on data, analytics, digital transformation, or AI initiatives (preferred).
  • Familiarity with use cases such as risk and compliance, fraud detection, customer 360, underwriting, claims analytics, AML/KYC, forecasting, or personalized client experiences (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, or Anthropic (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in global or remote teams across regions (preferred).
  • Contributions to industry events, thought leadership, speaking, writing, or sales and solutions playbooks (preferred).
