Description

  • Own the full PiMS switch cycle for customers as the single point of contact for technical transitions.
  • Coordinate technical work across internal systems and manage Zendesk and JIRA ticket submission and tracking.
  • Communicate PiMS-related changes and technical requirements to customers throughout the transition process.
  • Perform post-switch validation and data integrity checks to confirm system functionality and a successful migration.
  • Maintain accountability from initial ticket creation through final syncs, status updates, and closure.
  • Partner with Product, Support, Customer Success, and other teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for switch procedures, best practices, and common troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist customers with integration adjustments and account reconfigurations during software transitions.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a highly technical Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Support role focused on software integration.
  • Proficiency with technical products to verify system configurations, API connections, and data migration.
  • Direct experience with Practice Information Management Systems (PiMS) or complex third-party software integrations.
  • Experience troubleshooting data synchronization issues across software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical workflows and submit/monitor tickets in tools such as JIRA.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail for managing complex, multi-stage processes end to end.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose technical and data-related failures quickly.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability aligned with North American business hours.
  • Must be based in Latin America, including Central America, and able to work as a 100% remote contractor with own equipment and stable internet.
  • Experience in the veterinary, pet care, or healthcare-adjacent industry is a plus.
