Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to own full-cycle recruitment across all areas of the business.
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the VP, business leaders, and hiring managers to align on talent needs.
  • Work with hiring managers to define candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities and hold weekly accountability meetings.
  • Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout intake, assessment, selection, offer, acceptance, and pre-onboarding.
  • Consult on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using recruiting tools, job boards, social media, networking, branding, and outreach.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and maintain job postings on external sites.
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling while helping reduce time-to-fill.
  • Track all hiring activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience and collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinator, recruiting, or other talent acquisition experience in a high-volume role.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing and ATS platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation to succeed, learn, and grow.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing is a plus.
