Description

  • Source candidates across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and other international markets.
  • Recruit for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines before hiring needs arise.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, GitHub, job boards, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Conduct virtual screening interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, and potential hiring risks before submission.
  • Prepare candidate packages with screening summaries, strengths, risks, recommendations, and reference information when applicable.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability and hiring conditions.
  • Maintain organized ATS records and candidate pipelines.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets.
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Confidence conducting virtual interviews.
  • A curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience sourcing globally, recruiting technical talent, finance/consulting/AI/data professionals, or niche hard-to-fill roles (preferred).

Benefits

  • Full-time contract role (40+ hours per week).
  • $4.00 USD per hour during the 90-day probationary period.
  • $5.00 USD per hour after successful completion of probation.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) in accordance with the contractor benefits policy.
