Description

  • Present and demonstrate the Delphix platform, tailoring demonstrations to customer needs.
  • Provide technical information, documentation, and ROI guidance to help customers evaluate the platform.
  • Complete requests for information during the sales cycle.
  • Build and sustain customer relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements from discovery through technical close.
  • Conduct technical deep dives and answer detailed product and architecture questions.
  • Scope, manage, and conduct workshops or proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate solution value.
  • Communicate business value clearly and persuasively to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a presales technology role.
  • 5–8 years of experience in test data management, building development or test systems, or as a developer, test engineer, or in data management.
  • Experience in data management, database administration, software development, or testing.
  • Preferred experience in software presales.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency appropriate to the role, including responsible use of AI tools and adherence to company AI governance and security policies.
