Description

  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers while aligning work to organizational goals and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the PMO.
  • Refine existing PMO processes and create new processes to improve delivery consistency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with managers and directors across platforms to align processes, improvements, and project results.
  • Partner with Sales on pre-sales activities, including scoping and developing Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Provide guidance on project feasibility, timelines, and resource planning during the sales cycle.
  • Participate in pre-sales calls to define implementation processes and data-gathering needs before contract signature.
  • Coordinate with sales and professional services leaders on pricing, licensing, and template needs.
  • Work with product teams to advocate for client needs and escalate functionality issues that could affect sales or go-live.
  • Own a limited portfolio of projects and oversee project setups, sales-to-services transitions, escalation resolution, and client satisfaction reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting sales enablement processes.
  • Experience with Smartsheet; Smartsheet certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies; PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse product lines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
  • Must be an exceptional project manager in their own right.
