Description

  • Originate mortgage business and self-generate the majority of your leads.
  • Manage client relationships from pre-approval through renewal and other mortgage lifecycle stages.
  • Guide clients through the application process and keep them moving toward funding.
  • Collaborate with in-house support teams on intake, document collection, and appraisal booking.
  • Use the brokerage platform to streamline pipeline management, document requests, and compliance steps.
  • Maintain communication with referral partners by keeping them updated on application status.
  • Close mortgage deals while focusing on relationship-building and sales activity.
  • Work with available marketing and lead-nurture tools to attract and convert clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and 1:1 deal support to improve production.

Requirements

  • Fully remote role based in Canada; candidates in Quebec are included.
  • At least 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Salesperson or Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
  • Proven top performer with at least $10M in mortgages originated in the last 12 months.
  • Ability to self-generate most or all of your own leads.
  • Commission-based compensation structure; actual earnings depend on performance.
  • Must be able to work under a Mortgage Representative Agreement.
  • Experience in a high-volume mortgage sales environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with digital tools and automated mortgage workflows is preferred.
