Description

  • Originate and close mortgage deals while growing individual production and revenue.
  • Self-generate and convert leads, and work qualified leads provided by Perch.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships from pre-approval through renewal, focusing on client retention and referrals.
  • Use Perch’s platform to guide clients through applications, request and review documents, and track pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with Perch’s in-house support team on client intake, document gathering, appraisal bookings, and deal execution.
  • Provide timely status updates and maintain transparency with referral partners.
  • Follow compliance procedures and support automated FINTRAC and reporting processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training, performance coaching, and 1:1 deal support to improve conversion and scale production.

Requirements

  • Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
  • Proven ability to self-generate most or all of your leads (top performer track record).
  • Authorized to work with homeowners across Canada (including Quebec) and operate fully remote.
  • Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation model under a Mortgage Representative Agreement.
  • Willingness to use Perch’s technology platform and automated underwriting/workflow tools.
  • Open to receiving and converting qualified leads provided by the company.
