Description

  • Originate and close mortgage deals for clients across Canada.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
  • Self-generate most or all of your own leads while converting qualified leads provided by the brokerage.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process from pre-approval to renewal.
  • Manage client pipeline activity and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with in-house support for client intake, document collection, and appraisal bookings.
  • Review and act on platform-generated status updates to keep clients and referral partners informed.
  • Use automated tools and support processes to reduce administrative work and focus on production.

Requirements

  • Must be fully remote and based in Canada.
  • Must have originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
  • Must be able to self-generate most or all of your leads.
  • Commission-based compensation structure; actual earnings vary based on performance.
  • Current vacancy that is being actively and immediately sought to fill.
  • Contract terms are subject to the Mortgage Representative Agreement.
  • Experience with high-volume mortgage production is required.
  • Quebec market experience is relevant, as the company works with homeowners across Canada including Quebec.

  • Commission splits start at 90/10 and can increase to 95/5.
  • Splits are capped at $12,000.
