Description

Own the admin experience roadmap for the Engagement Hub from discovery through delivery.
Identify persistent admin pain points and ship fixes that reduce administrative effort.
Build agents to automate and simplify repetitive admin workflows.
Run the client-request intake process end to end, including triage, prioritization, and expectation setting.
Partner closely with Customer Success and Support to turn recurring requests and escalations into product decisions.
Serve as a key voice in go-to-market readiness, including positioning, release communications, and client onboarding.
Collaborate with the VP of Product on annual and quarterly planning and resource prioritization.
Balance client commitments, strategic roadmap bets, and engineering capacity.
Quantify workflow inefficiencies and measure the impact of product improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a complex B2B SaaS product.
Proven experience owning admin, back-office, or operator-facing tooling.
Experience running a structured intake and prioritization process for client-raised requests.
Experience working directly with Customer Success, Support, and Sales.
Ability to manage a high-volume, interrupt-driven backlog while maintaining a strategic roadmap.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn messy problem spaces into clear requirements.
Hands-on curiosity about applied AI and LLM-powered features.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
Comfort working in a distributed, async-first, globally distributed team.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or similar product operations tools.
Experience with higher education, alumni relations, mentorship, or community/networking platforms (nice to have).
Experience designing human-in-the-loop or approval-gated automation (nice to have).
Prior experience at a growth-stage edtech or vertical SaaS company (nice to have).
