Description

  • Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Supplier Network.
  • Lead AI-forward product initiatives such as intelligent buyer-supplier matching, predictive risk and fraud detection, generative AI onboarding, autonomous workflows, and adaptive trust and identity verification.
  • Define and scale two-sided growth loops that increase buyer demand, supplier participation, transaction velocity, and network effects.
  • Lead product strategy for supplier business offerings including subscriptions, premium visibility, marketplace access, sourcing events, APIs, and AI-powered premium services.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver features from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Drive product-led growth motions aligned to enterprise procurement workflows while balancing platform health and network effects.
  • Engage customers and prospects to validate needs and gather insights for supplier profiles, risk, trust, and identity management.
  • Define north-star metrics and success frameworks focused on network liquidity, activation, monetization, retention, and AI-driven outcomes.
  • Monitor trends in AI, two-sided marketplaces, trust and identity providers, and spend management to inform product direction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Senior leadership experience in growth, monetization, marketplace, or network products in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience scaling two-sided buyer and supplier networks or equivalent marketplaces/platforms.
  • Track record of driving meaningful revenue and adoption in marketplace or network products.
  • Strong intuition for AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows, including predictive analytics, generative AI, intelligent automation, or trust/identity systems.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations and influencing across functions and executives.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Builder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and high accountability.
  • Preferred experience at spend management platforms such as Coupa or similar procurement, payables, or supplier risk solutions.
  • Preferred background with trust and identity providers or supplier verification companies such as Relish or Trustpair, including vendor fraud prevention, bank account validation, and identity verification.
  • Preferred deep understanding of procurement, spend management, supplier lifecycle, risk management, or supplier information management.
