Description

  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager and team members to develop and implement a regional market plan.
  • Establish communication with sales leadership and territory managers to execute quarterly objectives.
  • Build relationships with hospital personnel and other stakeholders to expand contacts and support future sales.
  • Meet with existing and prospective customers to assess clinical needs and demonstrate product value.
  • Educate customers on the clinical use of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Support professional education activities, including PEER meetings and hospital symposia.
  • Assist in training new employees, including Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists.
  • Serve as a primary resource for procedural case coverage, troubleshooting, and follow-up support.
  • Report, track, and help resolve product incidents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support customer needs by coordinating product availability, deliveries, inventory, and order renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or a related discipline.
  • Additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospital setting or a medical device company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales or marketing background is desired.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment.
  • Strong oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must reside within the region while in the role; candidates outside the Los Angeles metropolitan area may be considered.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% and be available on-call 24/7 as needed.
