Description

  • Own and develop the assigned sales territory with both existing accounts and significant growth potential.
  • Build long-term partnerships with hospitals and interventional physicians in radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology.
  • Provide clinical advice and support for the use of Penumbra products in practice.
  • Lead product introductions and deliver presentations to users and purchasing teams.
  • Analyze existing accounts and identify new market opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders.
  • Implement regional sales and marketing strategies with a high level of autonomy.
  • Support interventional procedures and provide on-site clinical assistance.
  • Represent Penumbra at congresses, workshops, and professional events.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Germany and Europe.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration.
  • Several years of sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals and developing new business.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to build trusted relationships in hospital environments.
  • Motivated personality with a confident presence, high initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative MedTech solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
  • High willingness to learn, flexibility, and motivation to succeed in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Independent, structured, reliable, and highly responsible way of working.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned sales territory.
  • English CV required; the recruitment process will include English-speaking colleagues.
