Description

  • Collaborate with creative, paid media, and production teams to develop brand strategies and campaign recommendations.
  • Draft project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs that support high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis to inform client campaign direction.
  • Develop strategy and manage creative campaign assets, including video, digital, social, audio, websites, events, and brand identity systems.
  • Partner with the paid media team to report campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Present campaign insights and performance results to senior client stakeholders.
  • Monitor client businesses and industries and share relevant developments with the team.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in a multi-client agency in brand management, creative strategy, or a similar role.
  • Experience creating compelling presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with storytelling and creative conceptualization.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including qualitative or quantitative market research or campaign analytics.
  • Self-starting approach, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI and emerging technologies to improve work efficiency, quality, and impact.
  • Understanding of project management best practices, software, or methodologies.
  • Experience with data management, Excel or Google Sheets, creative or production agencies, regulated industries, or policymaker, investor, or media audiences (preferred).
  • Must be US-based, able to work an eight-hour day, and available online during core hours of 11 a.m.–5 p.m. ET.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $77,000–$87,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote US-based role with flexible PTO and a generous holiday schedule.
