Description

  • Work collaboratively with creative, media, and production teams to develop brand strategy and creative campaign recommendations.
  • Draft planning materials such as project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs to support high-quality deliverables.
  • Partner with creative and production teams to execute campaign assets across TV/video, digital, social, radio, websites, and event activations.
  • Collaborate with the media and ads management team to report on campaign performance and optimization recommendations.
  • Track clients’ businesses and industries to keep the team updated on relevant developments and trends.
  • Support multiple clients and projects while coordinating with designers, strategists, directors, managing directors, and partners.

Requirements

  • Previous full-time or internship experience in a multi-client agency focused on brand management, creative strategy, or a similar role.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to track campaigns or creative projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in storytelling and creative conceptualization.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a motivated, self-starting way.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of project management best practices, including project management software or frameworks.
  • Experience speaking to complex stakeholder audiences such as policymakers, investors, or media.
  • Experience creating graphics and data visualizations (preferred).
  • Experience with data management (preferred).
  • Project management experience working with creatives or production agencies (preferred).
  • Experience working on creative projects in complex or highly regulated industries such as technology, financial services, energy, or healthcare (preferred).
  • US-based and able to work fully remote with core hours of 11 am–5 pm ET.

  • Base salary of $57,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
