Description

  • Act as a trusted analytics advisor to global and regional marketing leaders and translate business questions into actionable analyses.
  • Apply, extend, and interpret outputs from the MMM data science team for regional and stakeholder-specific decisions.
  • Run incremental measurement and funnel analytics, including geo-lift tests, channel diagnostics, and pipeline analysis.
  • Own end-to-end analytics across B2B and B2C marketing funnels from data pull through executive-ready recommendations.
  • Partner with the central MMM team to refine assumptions, inputs, outputs, and the roadmap of modeling questions.
  • Write production-quality Python and SQL for data pulls, analysis, and light modeling.
  • Build reusable tools and dashboards that scale insight generation across the team.
  • Craft clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics business partners in EMEA and APJ to ensure consistency.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science with impact on marketing strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for analysis, including large and messy marketing datasets.
  • Hands-on exposure to Media Mix Modeling concepts and at least one MMM tool or framework such as Robyn, Meridian, or equivalent.
  • Solid grounding in statistics and experimental design, including regression, A/B testing, and geo-lift or incrementality testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and turn analysis into decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Solid understanding of digital and traditional media channels and B2B/B2C marketing funnels.
  • Prior direct experience building or co-building an MMM model, or working closely with an MMM/data science team.
  • Experience working on or with AI products such as LLMs, copilots, RAG apps, or workflow tools.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing analytics, consulting, an agency environment, or a global matrixed organization.
