Description

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to the Salesforce platform, including testing, deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Architect and build integrations between Salesforce and internal product systems or external platforms.
  • Translate business pain points from Marketing, Sales, and Finance into technical roadmaps and solutions.
  • Work as the technical touchpoint between Product, Data, and Ops within the Salesforce squad.
  • Spend time with internal users to understand their needs and design user-focused solutions.
  • Roll out Salesforce projects and optimize existing tooling and processes to improve performance.
  • Contribute to major cross-team projects and drive technical decisions autonomously.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to balance technical excellence with business value delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, version control with Git, and automated testing.
  • Ability to explain complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with business value delivery.
  • English proficiency is required; French-speaking is expected for the role.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative and fast-changing environment.
  • Sufficient experience to prioritize business-led actions in day-to-day work.
  • Experience with Salesforce system architecture and cross-platform integrations is preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, internal tooling, or large-scale business systems is a plus.
