Description

  • Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines and models for Women’s Health features, with emphasis on time-series analysis and robust validation.
  • Lead commercialization efforts for machine learning models in collaboration with scientists, product managers, engineers, designers, and test engineers.
  • Design and execute statistical analyses to evaluate and monitor model performance and inform product decisions.
  • Conduct exploratory research to identify health-sensing features and translate proofs of concept into scalable products.
  • Establish machine learning best practices within the Women’s Health team.
  • Present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to technology strategy.

Requirements

  • PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning and data science.
  • 5+ years of advanced programming experience with Python and SQL.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning and statistical modeling, including deep learning, time-series analysis, and signal processing.
  • Experience developing and commercializing machine learning models across their full lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-directed, pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Women’s Health domain knowledge and experience working with wearable health data preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States; candidates in San Francisco, San Diego, or Boston are preferred. Certain states are excluded.
