Description

  • Work assigned lead lists across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom until prospects respond and sign up.
  • Follow up persistently with structured, multi-touch outreach to overcome objections and non-responses.
  • Present the Peerspace value proposition clearly and move prospects from interest to completed signup.
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom meetings to walk prospects through the platform and address questions live.
  • Close prospects by driving every interaction toward a signup outcome.
  • Support new hosts after signup by helping them complete setup, secure their first bookings, and build momentum.
  • Track outreach activity and outcomes in the provided systems to monitor performance and pipeline health.
  • Refine messaging and outreach approach based on prospect feedback, objections, and response patterns.

Requirements

  • Native-level English fluency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Availability to work standard US business hours.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or a similar high-volume role.
  • Strong closing orientation with confidence on the phone and a track record of driving commitments.
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to continue pursuing prospects after an initial no.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred experience selling to independent business owners, SMBs, and larger enterprises.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with sales engagement and email outreach tools such as Mixmax, Saleshandy, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalent.
  • Preferred comfort with high-volume phone outreach and cold calling at scale.
  • Preferred track record of hitting and exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets.
