Description

  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to understand user behavior and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, workflows, and actionable design insights.
  • Analyze product usage and identify friction points using analytics and behavior-tracking tools.
  • Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and workflows.
  • Design intuitive user flows, interaction patterns, and polished interface layouts.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
  • Design responsive and adaptive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and align on implementation.
  • Provide clear design specifications, assets, and documentation for handoff.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, design critiques, and iterative testing cycles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
  • Experience building wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
  • Ability to present design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with front-end basics such as HTML/CSS for smoother developer collaboration (preferred).
  • Exposure to analytics tools, heatmaps, and usability testing platforms (preferred).
  • Experience optimizing user flows for engagement and conversion (preferred).
  • Availability to work U.S. client business hours, with flexibility for sprint reviews and design handoffs.
