Description

  • Create production-ready UI designs aligned with Venveo’s design systems and brand standards.
  • Conduct or support usability testing, heuristic reviews, and other user research activities.
  • Synthesize research findings to improve user experiences and inform design decisions.
  • Build interactive prototypes and iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
  • Contribute to and maintain Venveo’s component library and design system.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and scope.
  • Prepare design specifications and assets for engineering handoff.
  • Support developers during implementation and review work for design fidelity.
  • Communicate design rationale, feedback, blockers, and project updates proactively in an asynchronous environment.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and strong visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including component creation, auto-layout, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Understanding of information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate asynchronously and clearly present design rationale.
  • Ability to take ownership of ambiguous requirements, ask effective questions, and make assumptions explicit.
  • Ability to balance speed and visual quality while responding constructively to feedback.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
