Description

  • Build client relationships, understand business challenges, and translate needs into design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to balance visual design, functionality, and feasibility.
  • Assess value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks throughout product development.
  • Develop and refine design concepts using user feedback and usability testing.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to guide design decisions.
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies clearly to clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote learning and collaboration within the design team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years as a lead designer guiding clients, projects, and people.
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful design and delivery of digital products and services.
  • Deep knowledge of modern user research methods and techniques.
  • Expertise in UX and interaction design principles.
  • Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication, self-motivation, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Broad design capabilities and sensitivity to diverse subject matter.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (preferred).
