Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Build platform-specific growth plans, KPIs, and content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Create, edit, repurpose, schedule, and publish platform-native content, including posts, hooks, captions, threads, and short-form copy.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors while maintaining consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and audience conversations; escalate customer service or reputation concerns when needed.
  • Plan and execute social campaigns for product launches, events, promotions, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Support influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, strategic partnerships, and alignment between organic and paid social.
  • Track engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, leads, conversions, and content performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, conduct A/B tests, and optimize strategy based on data and audience behavior.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, video, PR, customer support, and leadership teams to improve messaging and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, hook development, and social copywriting skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining social media content calendars.
  • Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social engagement, audience growth, content optimization, and platform analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. client business hours.
  • Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, professional services, influencer marketing, UGC, paid social, reputation management, short-form video, or organic lead generation preferred.
