Description

  • Post and manage content across social platforms, including Instagram Reels.
  • Handle daily community engagement through comments, direct messages, and audience interaction.
  • Write and send press releases and outreach emails.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters through MailChimp.
  • Research Seattle-area influencers and negotiate partnership rates and terms.
  • Create simple static graphics in Canva as needed.
  • Schedule and publish content using Metricool.
  • Manage tasks in Teamwork and communicate with the team through Slack.

Requirements

  • Strong copywriting skills, which are central to the role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment regarding tone and messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and execute accurately and reliably.
  • Experience with Canva for basic static design preferred.
  • Metricool experience preferred; training is provided.
  • Slack knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with Teamwork or similar project management tools preferred.
  • MailChimp experience preferred.
  • Creative and strategic thinking is a bonus, though the role is primarily execution-focused.
