Description

  • Support day-to-day executive and operational workflows, including calendars, scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination.
  • Maintain organized task trackers and project management sheets, ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed accurately.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively flag issues to leadership.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms.
  • Manage social media engagement, direct messages, community interaction, and performance reporting.
  • Support setup and monitoring of advertising campaigns, program promotions, and event campaigns.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos, social media graphics, and other marketing assets.
  • Build and manage workflows in GoHighLevel and other CRM/email automation tools, including outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, organized pipeline tracking, and reliable participant communication follow-through.
  • Organize digital program materials and member resources, support onboarding, and troubleshoot minor technical issues across online platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing operations.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Veed, OpusClips, and other video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community engagement workflows.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Experience managing online programs, membership communities, or coaching businesses is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, lead generation systems, funnel workflows, paid ads, landing pages, and website updates is preferred.
