Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, including leads, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Monitor CRM data for duplicates, missing fields, and outdated records, and clean data as needed.
  • Schedule calls, demos, follow-ups, and internal prep meetings across time zones.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure sales reps have the materials they need.
  • Draft, format, proofread, and edit sales proposals, quotes, presentations, and related documents.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses using updated templates and sales materials.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports from CRM data and track key pipeline metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance.
  • Draft and send follow-up emails, reminders, thank-you notes, and other prospect communications.
  • Support inbound lead responses, route qualified prospects, and coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, sales support, or operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience creating proposals, presentations, or sales collateral is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows or SDR/BDR support is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or marketing agencies is preferred.
  • Basic data analysis skills, including Excel pivot tables or Google Data Studio, are preferred.
