Description

  • Design test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for features, integrations, and regression flows.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align testing coverage with requirements.
  • Execute manual functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
  • Log, track, and retest bugs in Jira or Azure DevOps with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Monitor test failures, debug issues, and validate fixes across impacted areas.
  • Conduct load, stress, and API testing using tools such as JMeter, Locust, and Postman.
  • Maintain test plans, test cases, test results, and quality metrics such as defect density, coverage, and pass/fail rates.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and advocate for quality across the SDLC.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
  • Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
  • Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
  • Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured (nice to have).
  • Experience testing SaaS or enterprise products (nice to have).
  • Exposure to CI/CD integration (nice to have).
  • Experience working in security- or compliance-heavy environments (nice to have).
