Description

  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and quality assurance documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and user stories.
  • Define testing strategies for features, integrations, workflows, and regression coverage.
  • Execute manual testing across functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device scenarios.
  • Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools.
  • Build, maintain, and improve automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Conduct load, stress, and performance testing, and support vulnerability scanning and security-focused testing efforts.
  • Maintain QA documentation, track quality metrics, and prepare status updates and testing summaries.
  • Work closely with developers in Agile ceremonies to reproduce issues, provide feedback, and advocate for quality standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional QA or software testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with test management and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of Agile workflows and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience performing functional, regression, and UI testing.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise software environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured is preferred.
  • Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Exposure to security testing, compliance-heavy systems, or performance testing workflows is preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented quality mindset.
