Description

  • Develop test plans, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test coverage for new features, integrations, and regressions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to review requirements, user stories, and product design for testability and usability.
  • Execute manual testing across functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device scenarios.
  • Log, track, and verify defects in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, including detailed reproduction steps.
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Perform load and stress testing using tools such as JMeter or Locust.
  • Support security vulnerability scans and assist with remediation of penetration test findings.
  • Maintain test documentation, report test results, and track quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and work with developers to reproduce, isolate, and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of QA or software testing experience.
  • Proficiency with test management and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in SaaS, finance, healthcare, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured is preferred.
  • Exposure to security testing or compliance-heavy environments is preferred.
  • Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort balancing speed of delivery with thorough quality coverage.
