Description

  • Design test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for features, integrations, and regression flows.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align test coverage with requirements.
  • Execute manual functional, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
  • Log, track, and retest bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence such as screenshots or videos.
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and investigate test failures.
  • Conduct performance and API testing using tools such as JMeter, Locust, Postman, and related methods.
  • Support security testing and vulnerability checks.
  • Maintain test documentation, results, and quality metrics, and report risks to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and validate fixes throughout the sprint cycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing.
  • Experience using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
  • Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
  • Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile workflows.
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise products is preferred.
  • API testing experience with Postman or RestAssured is preferred.
  • Exposure to CI/CD integration tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI is preferred.
  • Experience in security- or compliance-heavy environments is preferred.
