Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and product discovery.
  • Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Design responsive desktop and mobile experiences using SaaS design best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.
  • Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
  • Use analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to improve conversion, retention, engagement, and usability.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver developer-ready assets, specifications, annotations, and documentation using Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or similar tools.
  • Support implementation and ensure design quality in production.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, responsive design, and high-quality UI execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing.
  • User-first product thinker with strong visual design, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, consumer applications, or large-scale design systems (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms (preferred).
