Description

  • Develop and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, sales, and brand growth.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Optimize budgets, bids, placements, and targeting to improve ROAS and reduce CPA/CPL.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, creative, design, and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Support landing page optimization and broader integrated marketing strategies across paid, organic, and outbound channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or related paid platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, and paid funnel optimization.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA/CPL, and scale campaigns profitably.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Understanding of funnel marketing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or client portfolios is preferred.
  • Experience in SaaS, agencies, professional services, or high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Full-time availability with working hours aligned to the U.S. time zone.
  • Remote work preference for candidates based in Pakistan, LATAM, South Africa, or the Philippines.
