Description

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels such as X, Reddit, and TikTok.
  • Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Launch campaigns end to end, including structure, targeting, tracking, creatives, and optimization.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate on creative production.
  • Align paid messaging with organic and content channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Optimize budgets and targeting to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion performance.
  • Track key performance metrics and use analytics tools to evaluate results.
  • Build reports with insights and actionable recommendations, and translate data into strategy improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Contribute to broader growth initiatives across paid, content, and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of improving CPA, ROAS, and campaign scalability.
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals, including bidding, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to independently launch and optimize campaigns end to end.
  • Strong ad copywriting skills and a testing mindset.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo (preferred).
  • Experience with funnel optimization and advanced audience segmentation (preferred).
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or large ad budgets (preferred).
  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
