Description

  • Own creative strategy for assigned product funnels across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Native channels.
  • Define angles, hooks, ad structures, and channel-specific creative frameworks that drive acquisition performance.
  • Conduct research on customer pain points, competitor creative, market trends, and voice-of-customer data to develop new creative concepts.
  • Build and maintain an angle library of winning themes, hooks, mechanisms, and messaging frameworks.
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests for creative variables such as hooks, angles, copy, formats, CTAs, and storytelling structures.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics to identify winners, diagnose underperformers, and guide the next round of decisions.
  • Manage creative freshness, variety, and fatigue across a large portfolio of ads and funnels.
  • Write clear creative briefs and provide actionable feedback to copywriters, video editors, and UGC creators.
  • Partner with media buyers and growth stakeholders to align creative direction with funnel performance, scaling priorities, and budget allocation.
  • Track platform trends, algorithm shifts, competitor creative, and format innovations to inform creative strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising within DTC, ecommerce, or high-volume paid media environments.
  • Proven experience creating and iterating high-converting video ads, UGC content, advertorials, and direct-response creative across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with Native platform experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Native advertising, including advertorial strategy, presell page architecture, and editorial-style direct-response funnels.
  • Deep knowledge of sales psychology, persuasive copywriting principles, and buyer persona frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret creative KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, Hook Rate, Thumbstop Rate, View Rate, and conversion metrics.
  • Experience designing and managing A/B testing frameworks for creative variables.
  • Comfort working with performance dashboards, analytics tools, and creative reporting systems.
  • Strong briefing and feedback skills with the ability to communicate actionable direction to creative contributors.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with media buyers, growth teams, copywriters, and video editors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with AdBattery or similar creative diagnostics tools, attribution tools such as Hyros, Triple Whale, or GA4, and AI tools for creative research or iteration.
