Description

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Own paid media strategy, execution, and budget management to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Manage keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bid strategies, and ad copy for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and remarketing.
  • Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Work with landing page tools such as Unbounce or Instapage to improve conversion performance.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, calls to action, forms, and layouts to improve landing page conversion rates.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports and present actionable recommendations backed by campaign data.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, spend, and key performance metrics to identify issues and optimization opportunities early.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and creative teams to improve campaign priorities and ad creative performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, including Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
  • Nice-to-have experience in home services, B2B, or local service businesses.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, CRM platforms, or call tracking systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-location businesses or franchise organizations.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates.
