Description

  • Own and manage traffic acquisition on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat from hypothesis testing through scaling.
  • Scale social acquisition spend by 2-3x within 3-6 months while staying within defined KPI targets.
  • Build and execute a testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Create A/B test structures, scaling rules, and campaign criteria, with daily monitoring of CPA and ROI.
  • Work closely with Creative and PMM teams to generate and validate channel-specific hypotheses.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data from tools such as AppsFlyer and Tableau to find growth opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat partner teams on feature testing, beta participation, and moderation communication.
  • Own performance optimization decisions based on unit economics, cohort behavior, and key acquisition metrics.
  • Support the development of the social acquisition direction with visibility into future Team Lead growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps, with video streaming, live, or social apps as a plus.
  • Hands-on experience buying traffic on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Snapchat Ads from launch to scaling.
  • Experience managing budgets above $300K per month across social channels.
  • Deep understanding of auction mechanics, bidding strategies, optimization events, and platform algorithm principles for TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat.
  • Solid knowledge of unit economics, cohort analysis, and key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
  • Experience working with MMPs and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, including attribution logic.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau and AppsFlyer for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
  • Experience with alternative ad networks is a plus.
  • Experience automating campaign launches, testing, and reporting across networks with AI tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and performance creative testing principles is a plus.
  • Experience with ASO and influencer marketing as additional channels is a plus.
