Description

  • Manage and maintain content calendars across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate content scheduling and ensure posts are published consistently and on time.
  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Track engagement and content performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Research content trends, hooks, and topics relevant to audience growth and creator branding.
  • Support growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community and educational platform.
  • Help attract and engage new members, creators, and sellers, and assist with marketing funnels that convert followers into community members.
  • Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email across platforms such as TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi.
  • Assist with scheduling livestream sessions and maintain organized livestream operations using tools such as Homebase.
  • Coordinate podcast scheduling, follow-up communication, inventory tracking, and other marketing and administrative tasks.
  • Document recurring workflows into SOPs and checklists, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X.
  • Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and audience growth.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience supporting creators, founders, or personal brands (preferred).
  • Familiarity with online communities or membership platforms such as Kajabi (preferred).
  • Experience supporting e-commerce or online selling businesses (preferred).
  • Familiarity with TikTok Live, Whatnot, or livestream commerce platforms (preferred).
  • Experience documenting SOPs and operational workflows (preferred).
  • Exposure to customer support or community engagement environments (preferred).
