Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ homes using company car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide customer-facing support during vehicle delivery and related interactions.
  • Participate in local community activities as part of the role.
  • Maintain compliance with required licensing, notary, DMV/title, and registration access processes as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be available to work 11 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week, with rotating days off.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, including 8+ hours.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
  • Candidates must obtain a Notary within the first 90 days of employment, with Carvana sponsoring the process.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Commercial license is not required to drive the hauler.
  • Training will be provided for hauler operation.
