Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana's car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the equipment for safety.
  • Complete customer paperwork and add detailed notes to the customer tracking system.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Support customers throughout the vehicle delivery experience.
  • Participate in local community interactions as part of the customer experience.
  • Perform vehicle detailing and other physically demanding operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Must be available to work shifts between 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, seven days a week with rotating days off.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary credential in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (company-sponsored).
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri candidates must obtain a Chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California candidates must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia candidates must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including standing or walking for 8+ hours, frequent bending and lifting, and handling up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including occasional extreme weather.
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
