Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and manage communication across email, Slack, WhatsApp, and video calls.
  • Lead regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
  • Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp, including copy, audience lists, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Update and manage website content in WordPress or other CMS platforms to keep client sites current and aligned with marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct basic SEO research and audits using tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush and support keyword research and tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and turn marketing data into clear client reports and insights.
  • Coordinate workflows with leadership, convert client feedback into action steps, and ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support research, content creation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or other client-facing marketing roles.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or client-service environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience working with executive-level or high-profile clients is preferred.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and messaging platforms.
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Klaviyo is nice to have.
  • Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express are nice to have.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is nice to have.
