Description

  • Assist clients with policy updates, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other servicing requests.
  • Respond to policyholder inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes for new and existing customers.
  • Support agency sales efforts by following up with prospects and helping identify appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, prospects, and insurance carriers.
  • Coordinate with carrier representatives on underwriting requirements, policy changes, and coverage questions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.
  • Process policy documentation and client requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal agency teams to provide seamless customer support.
  • Ensure servicing and administrative activities comply with agency procedures and insurance regulations.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. resident Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in any U.S. state.
  • Non-resident licenses are acceptable only if an active resident P&C license is also held.
  • Minimum 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance experience, either agency-side or carrier-side.
  • Experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, prospects, and insurance carriers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Must be located outside of the United States.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience with both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance is preferred.
  • Familiarity with major U.S. insurance carriers is preferred.
  • Experience with personal or commercial lines coding is preferred.
  • Experience using agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or HawkSoft is preferred.
  • Previous experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple insurance producers or agency teams is preferred.
