Description

  • Create and manage LinkedIn content such as posts, hooks, carousels, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Identify content angles that attract high-intent B2B prospects.
  • Write content designed to generate conversations, engagement, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize content based on performance metrics and audience response.
  • Develop messaging frameworks aligned with the target audience and buyer journey.
  • Turn content engagement into meaningful conversations and qualified inbound leads.
  • Initiate value-driven direct messages and follow-ups based on audience intent and engagement behavior.
  • Engage prospects through comments, DMs, and relationship-building interactions to build trust and nurture leads.
  • Build simple inbound funnels from content to engagement, conversation, and call.
  • Collaborate with the founder on lead quality, positioning, offer refinement, and inbound growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content-led B2B lead generation, inbound marketing, or organic growth.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn content strategy and personal brand growth.
  • Proven track record of generating inbound leads, conversations, or pipeline from content.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship-based selling.
  • Ability to write engaging, high-converting content consistently.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience growing founder-led brands or B2B service businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, content performance tracking, CRM systems, and lead tracking tools is preferred.
