Description

  • Post and manage job openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, career pages, and other job boards.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interview scheduling, and communicate with candidates during early hiring stages.
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, orientation schedules, and employee packets.
  • Ensure completion of I-9 documentation, E-Verify, tax forms, direct deposit setup, and other compliance paperwork.
  • Manage offboarding tasks including access removal, equipment retrieval, and exit coordination.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS platforms and track PTO, benefits enrollment, employee changes, and organizational updates.
  • Generate HR reports covering headcount, turnover, compliance, and employee data.
  • Support payroll preparation and reconciliation by validating hours, deductions, and benefits data.
  • Assist employees with benefits questions and coordinate open enrollment and benefits administration.
  • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, audit-ready records, and compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Support employee questions, engagement initiatives, performance management workflows, and training coordination.
  • Escalate sensitive employee matters appropriately and help improve HR processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or people operations.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR reporting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or a related HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll, international HR support, or startup environments is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or process improvement is preferred.
  • Background supporting SaaS, professional services, or high-growth companies is preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely during U.S. business hours, with flexibility required for onboarding cycles, payroll timelines, and employee support needs.
