Description

  • Manage executive scheduling, calendar coordination, administrative workflows, and internal operational trackers.
  • Support leadership with communication, day-to-day execution, structured documentation, file organization, and process maintenance.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
  • Manage comments, direct messages, community engagement, social interactions, and engagement reporting.
  • Build and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, automations, nurture sequences, email campaigns, and follow-up systems.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, accurate pipeline management, and timely lead and participant communication.
  • Edit short-form videos and marketing clips using tools such as Veed, Opus Clips, and Canva.
  • Format and organize guides, workbooks, scripts, cheat sheets, and other digital resources while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support participant onboarding, membership communication, digital program materials, and minor platform troubleshooting.
  • Research ICPs, build prospect lists and outreach databases, and support lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in executive assistant, marketing coordinator, operations support, virtual assistant, or marketing operations roles.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses.
  • Strong experience with GoHighLevel and CRM systems.
  • Experience building marketing automations, workflows, nurture sequences, or follow-up systems.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
  • Experience with Canva, Veed, Opus Clips, or similar short-form video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online community management.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Nice to have: experience in coaching businesses, agencies, creator businesses, or membership communities; familiarity with paid ads, landing pages, funnels, email marketing strategy, and tools such as Slack, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or HubSpot.
